I loved my stay here as it was so easy to walk to Sunset Plaza, just a few steps away, and I also appreciated being able to stroll over to the iconic Chateau Marmont nearby for a drink. the views from the rooftop pool at night were a highlight of my trip.

I had a fantastic stay with breathtaking views from the balcony of my Sunset King Room. The location was perfect for exploring West Hollywood, and the rooftop pool was a highlight, especially with the wonderful staff making sure all was perfect. However, I felt that the check-in experience could have been a bit more welcoming.

Honestly, for the price point, I expected much more attention and care from the staff. It felt like despite the high standards they claim to uphold, the execution was severely lacking.

The room was super comfortable with an amazing view of LA from the balcony. Loved the big shower and super soft towels! The breakfast catered to my needs, and the staff went above and beyond, providing extra water without even asking. Plus, the rooftop pool had stunning night views!

Loved the rooftop pool with stunning city views and the stylish decor of my Sunset King Room. The hotel cars were a fun perk! Also enjoyed dining at Ospero, especially the Hamachi Crudo!

My stay was for a short getaway in West Hollywood, with the Sunset Strip and a few iconic attractions not too far away. The spaciousness of the room was a highlight, along with the excellent gym facilities. However, I felt that the dining options did not live up to expectations, especially at breakfast. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but I would have appreciated better food service.

The rooftop pool was a highlight, soaking up sun all day, while the gym was impressive for a hotel. Most staff members were extremely polite and helpful. However, the small gym could use some more equipment to enhance the workout experience, and the dining options were limited, lacking variety.
