From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us like family. One night we ordered in-room dining like kings, and it arrived quickly, hot, and delicious, couldn't have asked for better. The rooftop pool was another gem, perfect for unwinding after a long day, with a killer view of the sunset.

Yeah it wasn't the cheapest stay but honestly worth every penny.

I had a fantastic stay with breathtaking views from the balcony of my Sunset King Room. The location was perfect for exploring West Hollywood, and the rooftop pool was a highlight, especially with the wonderful staff making sure all was perfect. However, I felt that the check-in experience could have been a bit more welcoming.

The room was super comfortable with an amazing view of LA from the balcony. Loved the big shower and super soft towels! The breakfast catered to my needs, and the staff went above and beyond, providing extra water without even asking. Plus, the rooftop pool had stunning night views!

My stay was for a short getaway in West Hollywood, with the Sunset Strip and a few iconic attractions not too far away. The spaciousness of the room was a highlight, along with the excellent gym facilities. However, I felt that the dining options did not live up to expectations, especially at breakfast. The location is fantastic for exploring nearby areas like W Hollywood and Melrose, and the Deluxe Skyline King Room offered a big shower and a very comfortable bed. The rooftop pool was a highlight, soaking up sun all day, while the gym was impressive for a hotel. Most staff members were extremely polite and helpful. However, the small gym could use some more equipment to enhance the workout experience, and the dining options were limited, lacking variety.
